As we prepare to open for business in summer 2017, we have seven wines ready for release: two dry reds and five dry and off-dry whites.  Additional red wines from our 2016 harvest are quietly aging in French oak barrels and will be ready for bottling and release in 2018.  Here is a brief summary.
