Hello all,

We just wanted to let you know that Links Bridge Vineyards did well at the Atlantic Seaboard Wine Association’s 2026 wine competition!  The six wines we entered won four gold and two silver medals:

Gold
2024 Merlot
2024 Norton
2024 Petit Verdot
2024 Right Bank Blend

Silver
2024 Pileated
2025 Sauvignon Blanc

The Atlantic Seaboard Wine Association has been conducting its competition annually since 1973 to increase awareness of the high quality of East Coast wines, so we feel honored at the way our wines fared this year.

Two additional features of these results pleased us especially.  First, our 2024 Norton was judged Best in Class, meaning that the judges thought it the best among Nortons entered in the competition.  Second, the 2024 Merlot was created one evening back in April when several tables of wine club members, starting with the same raw materials, each experimented to produce a Merlot blend.  The resulting blends were tasted blind by all participating members, who selected the best blend by vote.  That blend became our 2024 Merlot.  So winning a gold medal for this wine was (to us and we hope to you) very cool.  (We’re hoping to sign up more wine club members to participate in a wine blending exercise again next year!)

Cheers.
